Job Description

  • Serve as the main liaison between the Founder and all internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage/calendar coordination, optimize scheduling across time zones, and handle travel logistics.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record detailed notes, and track follow-up tasks.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage executive-level emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.
  • Monitor progress on assigned tasks, projects, and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate across departments and with clients to ensure timely responses and commitments.
  • Manage both business‑related and personal admin requests to support the Founder’s efficiency.
  • Provide coverage during core business hours; limited early or late shifts may be required for international calls.
