Role Summary
Reporting to the Account Executive, the Executive Assistant will be a highly organized, driven administrative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and document preparation on behalf of the Account Executive.
- Manage clients’ daily requests and inquiries, including money transfers, technology support, account openings, and updates, ensuring prompt and confidential follow-up.
- Generate reports and documents for the Account Executive and clients as requested, and process items for client accounts and files.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
