The Executive Assistant to the Operations Manager provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, including drafting and editing emails, memos, and internal communications
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records related to operations and administrative matters
  • Manage the Operations Manager’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and sending reminders
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the Operations Manager when required
