Job Description

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and strategic engagements to maximise leadership productivity
  • Coordinate all business travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and ground transportation logistics
  • Act as the primary liaison between the executive and internal or external stakeholders, managing correspondence professionally
  • Prepare, proofread, and organise executive documents, presentations, reports, and briefing materials to the highest standard
  • Attend meetings, record accurate minutes, track action items, and ensure all follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times
  • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritising and redirecting as appropriate
