We are looking for a highly reliable, proactive , and organized Remote Executive Assistant who can effectively support the CEO in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing priorities independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. This role requires strong follow-through, adaptability across different time zones and tasks, and the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems efficiently, and keep operations running smoothly with minimal supervision.
