Job Description
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct research, compile data, and assist in the preparation of executive documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience supporting C-Level executives
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas counterparts
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and an excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on hand.
