Drive daily operations, recruitment coordination, and HR admin support to ensure smooth execution and team alignment.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Internal Coordination- Track and follow up with sales and project teams on pending tasks and updates
- Ensure timely updates in system and proper information flow
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Identify delays or gaps and take action to resolve them
- Review, shortlist, and follow up with candidates
- Arrange interviews and manage recruitment pipeline
- Coordinate onboarding process with new hires
- Respond to WhatsApp and social media enquiries
- Qualify leads and assign to the sales team
- Follow up on appointment scheduling and basic enquiries
