Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination of appointments and calendar management
  • Handle confidential-related matters.
  • Handle email correspondences
  • Manage the Drivers and their daily work schedules
  • Sourcing of corporate/ festive gifts and managing the delivery schedules
  • Sourcing and purchase of office equipment and office supplies
  • Provide administrative / secretarial support to the HODs and Directors
  • Maintain office administrative files; electronic or physical, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility
Requirements
  • Private Secretarial qualification/ GCE A Level
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in supporting Senior Management
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
