Executive Assistant

Global Private Equity Firm – Valencia, Spain

We are building a business support team for our client in Valencia. This role is ideal for experienced executive assistants who can manage diaries, email, meetings, travel, and administrative tasks while supporting a growth‑oriented global company.

Responsibilities

  • Diary and email management
  • Managing calls, actioning them as appropriate
  • Arranging internal and external meetings and welcoming guests
  • Administrative support with the onboarding process and induction of new joiners
  • Expense management and invoicing
  • Organising complex international travel itineraries
  • Covering EA absences during holidays
  • All other ad‑hoc project and administrative tasks – e.g. post, printing, binding, and archiving as required
