Antonino’s Original Pizza is a staple in Windsor, known for its quality, tradition, and loyal customer base. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Franchise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments, ensuring efficient time management and coordination.
  • Prepare, format, and organize documents and reports (Word, Excel, and other platforms).
  • Serve as a point of contact by handling phone calls, emails, and general correspondence on behalf of the office.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day administrative operations, including file management and office supply coordination.
  • Review and approve marketing content to ensure brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Assist with payroll‑related administrative tasks.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.
