**Role Overview**

Sodexo is seeking an **Executive Chef** to lead all food production operations at **East Texas A&M University** in **Commerce, Texas** . This hands-on culinary leader will oversee high-volume food production across residential dining, retail venues, and catering services, ensuring exceptional food quality and operational efficiency.

**What You'll Do**

+ Direct and oversee daily food production for multiple dining venues and catering events;
+ Lead production planning, recipe compliance, and batch cooking processes;
+ Manage food cost controls, purchasing, inventory, and waste reduction initiatives;
+ Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and Sodexo standards;
+ Collaborate with operations leaders to enhance the overall dining experience.
