**Sodexo** is seeking an **Executive Chef 2** for a university in downtown **Houston, Texas.** This Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations for the resident dining hall, catering and retail venues on campus. + be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
