We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Executive Chef to lead the kitchens at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, working with the team, and shaping the day-to-day culinary experience.
You will be responsible for all kitchen operations across the hotel, from Mama Makan (our signature dining destination), bar, in-room dining and events.
You will set the tone for the team, the food, and the standards we work to.
**What you’ll be doing**
+ Overseeing all culinary in the hotel, including restaurant, bar, events and room service
+ Keeping a close eye on quality, consistency and presentation across all venues
+ Driving menu development with a focus on seasonality, sustainability and local sourcing
