Executive Chinese Chef (5* Hotel)

Our client, a world-renowned hospitality group celebrated for its iconic destinations, is seeking an Executive Chinese Chef to lead culinary excellence in Metro Manila. This is an opportunity to showcase artistry in Chinese cuisine, orchestrate grand Lauriat banquets and inspire the dynamic kitchen teams within a Michelin-aspiring environment.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, the incumbent's role is to maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in his/her respective Kitchens according to the standards required by the management. In the absence of the Executive Chef, he/she will take charge of the kitchens operations when he is on leave or absent from work to ensure consistency in the food quality, taste and presentation
