Job Description

The Executive Director provides operational leadership by overseeing daily operations, supporting all departments, and ensuring effective program delivery. The role ensures all operations align with organizational policies, funding requirements, agreements, and the strategic direction set by Chief & Council.

Duties & Responsibilities

Leadership

  • Provide leadership and oversight to all departments
  • Implement decisions, policies, and strategic
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and recommendations for leadership

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Work with Finance with budgeting, financial controls, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with funding agreements, audits, and financial policies
