Job Description

- Execute high-volume outbound calling (80–100 calls per night) targeting US-based logistics companies - Identify and engage key decision-makers such as Shipping Managers and Logistics Directors - Qualify leads based on shipping needs, volume, routes, and operational pain points - Schedule and secure discovery meetings for senior sales leadership - Maintain strong CRM hygiene by updating Salesforce/HubSpot with accurate call logs and follow-ups - Handle rejection and maintain consistent productivity in high-pressure sales environment - Work during US night shifts and maintain high activity levels - Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead transition and conversion
