JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A EXECUTIVE, PEOPLE SOLUTIONS The Executive, People Solutions supports the delivery of end-to-end HR Business Partnering across corporate and commercial functions within a fast paced aviation environment. The role acts as a key coordination point between employees, line managers, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs), ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes including employee lifecycle management, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. This role also supports data driven decision making and contributes to the consistent implementation of People strategies aligned with business priorities.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters, ensuring timely and accurate resolution or escalation where required
