The position is based in our Penang Office in Malaysia.
Job Purpose
The role is responsible for managing sales documentation and records in line with company’s policies and procedures. These includes tasks related to credit control, Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) preparation, sub-sale transactions, end-financing, loan documentation, and vacant possession.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately and promptly update purchaser, end-financier, and solicitor information in the IFCA system
Issue progress billings in a timely manner upon receipt of the Architect’s Certificate from the Project Department, and facilitate prompt payment collection from purchasers and end-financiers
