Job Summary

  • Prepare timely sales report, backorders and sell-out data report.
  • Prepare and monitor customers accounts receivables clearance, sales support tools, customer's promotion compliance and on shelf availability.
  • Support other administrative works when required.

General Responsibilities

  • Key person to comple A&P mapping and matching (Adversiting & Promotion) in Exceedra system on daily basis to meet the expectation of AR aging.
  • Key person to coordinate and liaise with CAMs/Senior Manager/ IT dept. in addressing any gap in the matter of A&P mapping and matching issues in Exceedra.
