• Supervise a team of warehouse staff
• Ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention
• Operate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all requirements
• Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime
• Customer complaint management
• Obtain feedback from program staff and customers for process evaluation and continuous improvement Documentation of work instructions
• Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT)
• Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing
• Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to the Program Manager.
