  • Ensure all relevant Quality Assurance Procedures and SOPs are always observed
  • Liaise with the internal department stakeholders as well as sub-contractors both in-house and out of yard
  • Lead and devise improvement initiatives for existing processes, policies and procedures
  • Maintain a list of reliable sub-contractors to complement the organization workforce through:
  • Screening and registration of new sub-contractors
  • Revalidation of existing sub-contractors
  • Post project evaluation of sub-contractors
  • Ensure adequate information/ requirements are supplied for sub-contractors’ tenders
  • Prepare commercial terms/ bid analysis and negotiate with sub-contractors, if necessary
  • Ensure the coordination of all sub-contracting work for specific projects are in place
