The Edmonton Convention Centre is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our Culinary Leadership Team! This role is a key partner to the Executive Chef, responsible for overseeing the execution of culinary operations across large-scale events, conferences, and high-profile functions.
As second-in-command, the Executive Sous Chef will lead and inspire a diverse culinary team, ensuring seamless coordination, consistency in execution, and the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on operational excellence in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
This is a fully on‑site leadership role requiring consistent physical presence across both the Edmonton Convention Centre and Art Gallery of Alberta (AGA) kitchen operations.
