Job Description
  • Supports the implementation of projects and programs undertaken by the Transformation Office.
  • Plans, prepares, and facilitates check‑ins with initiative owners to monitor progress and implementation status.
  • Performs data analysis to support initiative ideation and problem‑solving.
  • Prepares reports, dashboards, and communications to update management on program status and outcomes.
  • Provides secretarial and administrative support for management and board committees.
Requirements
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, transformation, consulting, operations, PMO, or analytics (fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are encouraged to apply).
