Executive, TriGen

As an Executive, you will play a key role in
driving TriGen's growth and sustainability
through fundraising, corporate partnerships, and brand development. You will work closely with the Directors and core team to position TriGen as a credible, youth-driven healthcare initiative, while strengthening internal systems and supporting organisational governance. This role sits at the intersection of impact, storytelling, and strategy - translating programme outcomes into funding, partnerships, and long-term growth. 1. Fundraising & Resource Mobilisation
Conceptualise and execute innovative fundraising campaigns (youth-led, digital, and community-based)
Develop grant proposals, sponsorship decks, and donor reports
Identify and engage corporate partners, foundations, and donors
Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of funding opportunities
