Job Description
We are looking for an Experience Design Operations Manager to work closely with the Global Chief Experience Design Officer, Havas CX, in scaling and operationalising the Experience Design (UX/CX) practice across markets within Havas CX. This is an individual contributor role, requiring strong ownership and the ability to operate independently across stakeholders and multiple geographies.
This role sits at the intersection of design, operations, and cross-market collaboration- enabling better visibility into capability and capacity, supporting smarter resourcing decisions, and strengthening how Experience Design is activated across projects and opportunities.
This is not a pure coordination role . It requires someone who can structure ambiguity, connect teams, and build systems that enable design at scale .
