We are a growing company looking for an experienced recruiter to support our ongoing hiring needs.
We are planning to expand our team across several departments, including:
•Sales (B2B)
•Creative roles (e.g., graphic design)
•Operations and support roles
We are looking for someone who can manage the recruitment process from sourcing to shortlisting qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
•Proactive sourcing of candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, other platforms)
•Initial screening and evaluation
•Shortlisting strong candidates based on role requirements
•Coordinating interviews
•Supporting the hiring process until final selection
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Recruiting, Candidate Sourcing, Candidate Recommendation, Candidate Interviewing
