Job Description

Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to drive operations at $37 per hour for 30 to 40 hours weekly. This full time position is strictly on-site at our establishment.
In this permanent role, you will evaluate and organize operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also handle customer concerns, manage staff performance reviews, and negotiate supplier arrangements. A significant part of the role will involve planning marketing strategies and delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate restaurant operations and efficiencies daily
• Determine service types and execute operational plans
• Balance cash and prepare financial reports
• Conduct performance reviews for restaurant staff
• Manage inventory and supplier relationships
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant management experience
• Completion of secondary (high) school education
• Residency or valid work permit in Canada required...
