Take on the pivotal role of Service Advisor, facilitating communication between customers and technicians while managing service records and repair schedules.
We are looking for a Service Advisor with a strong foundation in customer service and technical knowledge. Your responsibilities will include consulting on warranties, maintaining detailed records, and assisting with customer inquiries regarding vehicle repairs. Additionally, you will help manage service orders and ensure all documentation meets industry standards.

• Gather and maintain customer and vehicle records
