In this position, you will report directly to the HVAC Service Manager at O'Dell HVAC Group. Your role will encompass supporting contractors with installations and providing expert troubleshooting to ensure systems operate effectively. You will also collaborate with various teams for enhanced customer service and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert voice for O'Dell product offerings.
• Support contractors during startups and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot installation issues via phone or virtually.
• Assist in processing warranty claims with contractors.
• Attend training sessions for product knowledge enhancement.
Requirements:
• Licensed 313A Refrigeration Mechanic and G1 Gas Technician.
• Three to five years of HVAC service experience.
