Job Description

Buscamos un/a Experto/a BPMN Camunda que diseñe y optimice flujos de trabajo en un proyecto de banca con alto impacto en el sector TIC.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience designing workflows using BPMN 2.0 (or equivalent orchestration/process modeling) in real delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of orchestration in distributed systems: retries, timeouts, idempotency, error handling, compensation/saga patterns.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams: product, operations, architecture, and software engineers.
  • Ability to communicate designs clearly (diagram + narrative) and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in regulated, high-availability environments with strong governance and audit needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands‑on experience with Camunda8 (Zeebe), including modeling for execution and operability.
