Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning and Site Management
- Plan, manage, and supervise daily site operations.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programmes, and manpower deployment.
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Coordinate site activities to avoid delays, clashes, and abortive work.
- Monitor site progress and take corrective action when works fall behind schedule.
- Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and client meetings when required.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate technical details, site access, work sequence, inspections, and handover requirements.
