Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager to build and manage lead generation campaigns. Your job is to launch, optimize, and scale ads that produce qualified leads and help us set appointments.
This is not a set it and forget it role. We want someone who understands testing, tracking, creative iteration, and cost control.

Generate consistent qualified leads
Improve cost per lead (CPL) and lead quality over time
Build a repeatable system for testing creatives + audiences
Maintain reliable tracking & reporting
Responsibilities
Audit current account (or build from scratch if needed)
Campaign setup: structure, budgets, bidding, targeting
Funnel support: lead form / landing page recommendations (if applicable)
Write/adapt ad copy and coordinate creative direction (we can provide assets)
A/B testing plan (creative, angles, audiences, placements)
Weekly optimization (CPL, CTR, CPC, CVR, frequency, qualit...
