Implement the Aviation Safety Management System, as per ICAO (International Commercial Aviation Operations).

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain the SMS manual and supporting documentation.
• Ensure all documents comply with organisational standards and formatting guidelines.
• Conduct regular checks on documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and rectify gaps or inconsistencies in existing documentation.
• Facilitate training and awareness sessions on SMS documentation standards and usage.
• Support the development of documentation templates and standardised formats.
• Prepare regular progress updates.
• Develop, implement and audit local and governmental compliance programs in Environmental, Health and Safety areas to provide a healthy and safe work environment.
