Overall in charge of soft services, including housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, security services, car park systems, building security systems, and tenancy coordination within the portfolio.

Routine Duties

Housekeeping Management

  • Oversee and supervise housekeeping contractors to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met across common areas, washrooms, pantries, offices, and external areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all managed areas and follow up on deficiencies, non‑compliances, or service gaps.
  • Coordinate periodic cleaning works such as high‑level cleaning, façade‑adjacent cleaning, deep cleaning, and post‑fit‑out cleaning.
  • Review housekeeping schedules, manpower deployment, and cleaning methods to ensure efficiency and compliance with agreed service levels.
  • Investigate housekeeping‑related complaints and ensure timely rectification and reporting.
