Facilities Executive

Overview

The Facilities Executive will manage all facilities and services within a Net Zero Building, serving as the primary on-site contact for facilities-related requests. This role focuses on driving sustainability initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of facility management, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The executive will also oversee soft services operations, including front-line delivery, VIP support, F&B tenant management, and critical environment operations, upholding the professionalism expected in global financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilities Operations & Maintenance: Manage all building facilities and services, including comprehensive energy management, daily sustainability data monitoring to ensure Green Mark targets are met, and ensuring data availability to authorities like BCA.
