Facilities Maintenance Technician (Multitrade)

• Inspect and maintain as required and all facilities equipment, including but not limited to: HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, electrical power, electrical control and lighting.
• Perform plumbing and general facility maintenance tasks.
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance to oil-free industrial compressors.
• Maintain and troubleshoot air conditioning systems.
• Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Operate scissor lift equipment when required.
• Use tools and equipment such as welding machines, drills, and buffers for maintenance activities.
• Support basic electrical troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Follow all company safety and maintenance procedures.
