Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facilities which includes housekeeping, building care, and engineering works
  • Deployment and monitoring of technicians and scheduling of work
  • Preparation of budget and materials needed
  • Supervision of major/minor renovation projects
  • Other task that may be assigned by his/her immediate supervisor

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Facilities Management skills
  • Knowledgeable in plumbing, AC,and Auxiliary works

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering,
  • PRC license/ Certification : RCE / REE
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years or more
