Job Description
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facilities which includes housekeeping, building care, and engineering works
- Deployment and monitoring of technicians and scheduling of work
- Preparation of budget and materials needed
- Supervision of major/minor renovation projects
- Other task that may be assigned by his/her immediate supervisor
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Facilities Management skills
- Knowledgeable in plumbing, AC,and Auxiliary works
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering,
- PRC license/ Certification : RCE / REE
- Work Experience: 3-5 years or more
