An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Public Enquiry Officer to act as a direct point of contact between Kent Police and members of the public. This is a highly visible customer‑facing role requiring professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

You will provide high-quality customer service while dynamically risk assessing and responding appropriately to a wide range of enquiries, complaints, and sensitive situations. The role is fast‑paced and varied, often dealing with unpredictable circumstances while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection and disclosure protocols.
