Job Description

Drive facility improvement projects as a Project Coordinator, supporting the Project Manager. This position involves vendor coordination, cost tracking, and project documentation oversight.
In this role, you will assist with various administrative tasks related to facility maintenance and capital improvement projects. Your responsibilities include procurement activities and ensuring timely completion of project schedules. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and help conduct quality assurance checks on ongoing maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Project Manager in coordinating facility projects
• Monitor project schedules for timely completion
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs and change notices
• Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and maintenance teams
