Job Overview

Performs maintenance services and repairs for the facility in a corporate or manufacturing site or facility.

Job Requirements

• Repairing materials and facilities to resolve emerging critical situations in with the support team.
• Communicating with other departments and appropriately tracks facility application procedures.
• Maintaining log of incidents, accidents and other security and safety issues for reporting purposes.
• Maintaining various facility systems and performing routine tests on all equipment.

What Your Background Should Look Like

• Escolaridad: prepa terminada y/o carrera técnica
• Experiencia; 3 años como mínimo en mantenimiento de edificio
• Conocimientos en el funcionamiento de compresores, chillers y HVAC (indispensable)
• Dominio de LOTO
• Dominio en el uso de instrumentos para la medición eléctrica
