About the role

The candidate will participate in a structured co‑op work‑study program between Lockheed Martin Canada Inc. and the college or university where they are enrolled in an accredited program directly related to the company's required skills. The candidate will perform assigned tasks in technical disciplines such as computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, and electrical engineering.

Specifically, the candidate will work on software build, development and operations with a focus on security for the Canadian Surface Combatant (NCSC) project. The scope includes development and maintenance of the NCSC software development system, the software development environment, and/or the design of the NCSC tactical operational environment that will provide the framework to operate the combat management system (CMS) and related software. The tasks may include:
