Job Description

  • Primarily responsible for providing food and drink to guests.
  • Take direct table service or it can involve topping up buffet selections with fresh food, serving guests in the buffet queue or working behind a bar mixing drinks And coffee and non-coffee beverage/drinks.
  • Setting up marquees, arranging tables and assisting with the preparation of event spaces
  • Greeting guests as they arrive at the venue, directing guests to tables, providing menus and taking orders
  • Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
  • Keeping any bar and drink service areas fully stocked with beverages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
