Field Application Engineer

Position Overview: The role involves field application support, customer engagement, and driving technical sales for Hiconnex.

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• A recognized technical qualification, preferably in the field of Mechatronics
• 1–3 years’ experience in Technical Sales is advantageous
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information

• Field Application and Customer Support
• Deliver comprehensive field application support to existing and potential customers
• Conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities
