Responsibilities

  • Perform on‑site service efficiently and effectively on Eppendorf instruments and equipment, including installation, operator training, preventive maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, adjustments, calibrations and part replacement – always following service manuals and technical procedures.
  • Document and manage all service activities, billing and quality records accurately, whether working in‑house, at customer facilities or remotely, ensuring traceability and compliance with our quality standards.
  • Plan and manage your schedule in close coordination with Dispatch and your Area Service Manager, maintaining accurate calendar entries and balancing workload to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong customer relationships by combining excellent technical expertise with clear, proactive communication and a consistently professional, “can‑do” attitude before, during and after each service visit.
