LitePoint is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Service team as a Field Service Engineer. This is a hands-on hardware test and support role focused on activities in Service Engineering lab. It involves active participation across cross functional teams, both technical and non-technical.
Responsibilities

+ Coordinate with customer for RMA service/logistics/status feedback /shipment arrangement.

+ Carry out routine service jobs including repairing/calibration/upgrade and preventive maintenance.

+ Ensure service data integrity in database, Service Case/RMA/shipment/contract date on system accurately.

+ Work closely with other internal field services/applications, support local/regional customers.


+ Troubleshoot test stations, test fixtures and test applications in Service lab environment.

+ Calibration and maintenance of test stations and capital-intensive test equipment(s).
