Field Supervisor

GFL Environmental is looking for a Supervisor to help lead the growing team in HRM, NS, overseeing projects in civil, contaminated soils, mobile water treatment, hazardous waste, petroleum, and general labour support for clients ranging from industrial plants to large construction and municipal entities throughout Atlantic Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a wide variety of projects.
• Lead a crew to safety and efficiently execute jobs.
• Ensure safety and project paperwork is maintained.
• Conduct on‑site operations in accordance with corporate policies, permit conditions, and customer specifications.
• Supervise daily activities to ensure project targets are met.
• Assist with estimating project costs for tender purposes.
• Develop and execute work plans to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
