Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor will oversee and enforce quality, safety, and operational standards across installation crews and contractor teams in the field. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution - from pre-inspection and material coordination through installation oversight and final post-inspection documentation. The Field Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact between field crews, clients, and internal teams, ensuring all work is completed on time, within scope, and in full compliance with program requirements. A strong background in HVAC, plumbing, lighting and electrical systems is essential, along with a working knowledge of building mechanical systems and how they interact across commercial and residential environments.
