Job Description

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide on-site and remote technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues.

+ Manage and respond to support tickets, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with service level expectations.

+ Troubleshoot and support desktop operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices including printers, scanners, and mobile equipment.

+ Perform installation, configuration, and updates of hardware, software, and operating systems.

+ Conduct site visits to complete hardware installations, system upgrades, and support activities.

+ Document root causes, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures in knowledge management systems.

+ Maintain accurate records of IT assets and device inventory.

+ Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve complex issues and improve system performance.
