Job Description

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Field Services Technician in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing basic configurations of desktops, notebooks, and printers, as well as assisting with parts replacement and repairs.

This role requires basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and client service skills. Travel may also be required as part of the job responsibilities.
