Finance Accounting Manager

Role Summary:

Responsible for overseeing all financial operations, drive business analytics for informed decision-making, ensure seamless accounts processing, lead a high-performing finance team, manage MIS reporting, handle legal & compliance under Indian GAAP/Ind AS and new tax regimes, and optimize dealer network accounting. This role demands a strategic partner to the leadership team, focusing on cost optimization, cash flow management, and scalable growth in a competitive manufacturing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end finance & accounts processing, including AP/AR, payroll, inventory valuation, and cost accounting for manufacturing operations.
